Many of our products come from South America – Peru where we
source from ethically traded communities who not only offer a fair
trade for their wage but who develop longer term community support
by developing schools and ethical terms for working. Focus is given to sustainability of farming, where farming umbrella groups are able to
support sustainable harvesting and community development through
building large networks of community farmers to enable them to manage, develop and build crops and environment in a sustainable way.

Our grasses sourced from New Zealand make the most of the pure
nutrient rich land to ensure best quality.

Purchasing from farther afield means we can make the most of
unspoilt vitamin and mineral rich soils. We transport by ship from
far away lands, due to high demands we may have to use air freight
in transportation, although we generally avoid this.
